I am getting more fit than I have ever been and I just turned 40! Getting started with the app was the best decision I ever made. And boy are they challenging but I love it. Congratulations on getting moving again! I started walking with Leslie after my c section and my starting weight was and I started with a mile and now try for 3 to 5 per day and I lost 25 in 3 months! If I can do it girl anyone can do it! Good for you for wanting to get in shape and be healthy!

The iPhone screen is too small to watch as an exercise video. Did my first workout today on my laptop? Can wait to hit day 21 to see the difference in how I feel in energyl. You will be amazed on how great you feel. And amazed at the results. Keep it up…good luck…aloha. Love it, love it. I can now climb stairs without holding on to the rails. Nearly off of all medication for diabetes and blood pressure. So excited for the challenge. I have started this challenge and have actually committed myself everyday so far. It feels so good. I started with 1 mile DVDs and moved step by step to miles.
