I Have Lots of Energy 4 out of 5 stars About two years ago, I made the conscious decision to change my body. The Nutrisystem diet is the ultimate in convenience. Their meals have been specifically designed to deal with many of these issues, and offer a proven formula to help diabetics manage their weight. I would like to try again and experiment with different fruits and vegetables to see if there are things that I might like to eat. I am fat because I can eat everything and what I get from Nutrisystem is consistency, eat this and this and this.
I also didn't care for the Bean and ham soup. I enjoyed all the breakfasts and all of the snacks. I did lose 3 pounds so far but am currently only on day 3. I will purchase Nutrisystem again but may try another kit. The pros definitely out way the cons. I've been on the program for a month by buying the same 5-day program package from Walmart. It's cheaper than signing up with Nutrisystem and I don't mind eating the same thing every five days.
