I enjoy this drink in the mid morning when I'm looking for something to eat. This was pretty good. The risks get more complicated and severe the longer you stay on a fast, or if you repeatedly go on fasts. Mainly because they are cheap and taste great. I'm not sure if this really helped suppress my appetite; probably won't buy again in the near future other products I've tried seemed to work better. There was a problem filtering reviews right now.
